Horchata Gelatin

  • 2 cups rice type morelos Great Value®
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 liter Great Value® whole milk
  • 1 cup Great Value® evaporated vegetable fat and milk
  • 2 cups Great Value® Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 30 ladyfingers
  • 2 Great Value® Cinnamon Sticks

  • In a bowl, soak the Morelos Great Value® rice with some hot water for 30 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  • Blend the rice with water, milk, evaporated milk, sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and gelatin.
  • Strain the previous mixture and pour it into a gelatin mold. Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and decorate with ladyfingers, a ribbon, and cinnamon sticks. Cut and enjoy. Buy HERE
