  • Heat the milk, eggs, Atole Tres Estrellas® vanilla flavor, and sugar in a pot. Cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat or until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add the butter, then mix until fully combined. Place in a bowl and cover with non-stick paper until cool.
  • Fill the base of the cake with pastry cream and decorate with strawberries.
