Whip the egg whites and gradually add the powdered sugar.
We will continue whisking and adding powdered sugar. The icing will be very shiny and will have changed to a completely white color.
Now we will add some kind of flavor, vanilla, lemon, orange, etc. It is preferable that these flavors are clear, as otherwise they will change the color of the icing.
It should be whipped to the point of nougat and add the food coloring of your choice.
The icing should not fall from the mixer or the paddle and must be workable.
