  • Whip the egg whites and gradually add the powdered sugar.
  • We will continue whisking and adding powdered sugar. The icing will be very shiny and will have changed to a completely white color.
  • Now we will add some kind of flavor, vanilla, lemon, orange, etc. It is preferable that these flavors are clear, as otherwise they will change the color of the icing.
  • It should be whipped to the point of nougat and add the food coloring of your choice.
  • The icing should not fall from the mixer or the paddle and must be workable.
