Impossible Cake with Caramel

  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk, (397 milliliters)
  • 1 can evaporated milk, (375 milliliters)
  • 1 cup sugar

  • Mix the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, add 3 eggs and the oil. Mix. Add the water and mix everything together.
  • For the flan, blend the 4 eggs with the evaporated milk and condensed milk.
  • In a pan, place the sugar and let it cook over medium heat until it forms an amber caramel.
  • Grease a cake pan with oil and pour the caramel into the bottom of the mold.
  • Pour the cake mixture into the mold.
  • Pour the flan mixture into the mold. Let it fall onto a spatula so it doesn't drop suddenly onto the chocolate cake batter.
  • Bake at 180° C for 1 hour.
  • Let it cool completely and carefully unmold.
