Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk, (397 milliliter)
  • 1 can evaporated milk, (375 milliliter)
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder, add 3 eggs and the oil. Mix. Add the water and mix everything.
For the flan, blend the 4 eggs with the evaporated milk and the condensed milk.
In a frying pan place the sugar and leave over medium heat until an amber caramel forms.
Grease a cake pan with oil and pour the caramel into the bottom of the pan.
Pour the cake mix into the mold.
Pour the flan mixture into the mold. Drop the mixture onto a spatula so that it doesn't slam into the chocolate cake batter.
Bake at 180 ° C for 1 hour.
Let4 cool completely and remove carefully from the mold.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with strawberries and a little cajeta.

TIPS

Pour the flan mixture slowly over the cake to avoid mixing. You can change the caramel for cajeta before baking.
