8 egg yolks

2 cans condensed milk, for the flan
8 eggs, for the flan
4 teaspoons vanilla essence, for the flan
2 packages cream cheese, for the flan
1 can condensed milk, for the three milks
1 can evaporated milk, for the three milks
1 cup cow's milk, for the three milks
3/4 cups hazelnut chocolate cream, for the three milks
cajeta, for decoration
pecans, chopped, for decoration
whipped cream, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C
For the chocolate cake, in a bowl, mix the dry ingredients and set aside.
In a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar, add the egg yolks and beat until fluffy, then add the cream and vanilla essence.
Gently fold in the dry ingredients. Set aside.
Beat the egg whites until they double in volume using a mixer.
Gently fold the egg whites into the cake mixture, mixing until fully combined.
In a previously greased mold, pour the cajeta and add the cake preparation. Set aside.
For the flan, blend the evaporated milk with the condensed milk, eggs, vanilla essence, and cream cheese.
Pour the flan mixture over the cake gently with the help of a spoon to avoid mixing.
Bake in a water bath for 50 min. Let cool.
For the three milks, blend the evaporated milk with the condensed milk, whole milk, and hazelnut cream.
Using a fork, poke the cake and pour the three milks over it, refrigerate for 2 hours.
Unmold and decorate with cajeta, walnuts, and whipped cream.
