Intense Chocolate Coulants

This recipe is a delicious chocolate pancake dessert. Make it at home and delight the kids with this exquisite treat.

  • 100 grams Nestlé condensed milk, Nestlé Intense Dessert
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose wheat flour

  • Preheat the oven to 260 degrees.
  • Heat 100 grams of chocolate in the microwave with two tablespoons of water and the butter for 1 minute 30 seconds at 500w.
  • Whisk the eggs with the sugar and add the flour.
  • Add the melted chocolate and mix it well.
  • Grease individual molds with a little butter and dust them with flour.
  • Pour the mixture into the molds, filling them up to 1/3. Place two ounces of chocolate in each mold and then cover with the rest of the mixture.
  • Place the molds in the oven for about 7/8 minutes and serve immediately.
