1/2 cups cow's milk
1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 pinch salt
1 red apple, sliced with skin

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel and slice the apples very thinly. Set aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
Add the milk alternating with the flour, butter, baking powder, and salt, beat for 5 minutes.
Add the apples to the previous mixture, pour into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Decorate with red apple slices and bake for 40 minutes.
Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
