  • 5 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 red apple, sliced with skin

  • Peel and slice the apples very thinly. Set aside.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
  • Add the milk alternating with the flour, butter, baking powder, and salt, beat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the apples to the previous mixture, pour into a mold lined with parchment paper.
  • Decorate with red apple slices and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
