Jam Roll

Rich and fluffy roll of cake filled with strawberry jam. It is a delicious and fun dessert that will please your beloved ones, do not hesitate to prepare it and spoil them all.

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 180 grams flour
  • icing sugar
  • jam

  • Heat the oven to 400 F. In a large bowl put eggs, yolks and sugar.
  • Put the bowl on the fire in a water bath, without touching the water and beat with a hand mixer , until the temperature of the eggs reaches 110 F.
  • Remove from the heat and continue beating until it doubles its volume and at that moment add the flour little by little.
  • Put the pasta in a baking tray with a non-stick base and previously greased and floured.
  • Bake 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and cool.
  • Once cool sprinkle with icing sugar and flip over a waxed paper. Cover with the jam and roll with the aid of the paper.
  • You can cut the slices of the edges so you have more beautiful presentation. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
