3 teaspoons baking powder
2 grams salt
1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon honey
220 grams butter
2 eggs
1/2 cups jam, flavor of your choice
200 grams icing sugar, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 160°C
Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder, set aside.
Cream the butter with the honey and sugar until a homogeneous mixture forms.
Place this preparation in the center of the flour along with the eggs.
Combine these ingredients with the flour to form a soft dough, without over-kneading, just mix until a ball forms.
Divide the dough into two portions and shape each into a cylinder four cm in diameter.
Refrigerate, let it rest and the dough harden a bit for at least 30 min.
Cut into slices one centimeter thick and arrange on clean baking sheets.
Make a hole in the center and fill with jam.
With the preheated oven, bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and let cool on a wire rack, dust with powdered sugar.
