1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon honey
220 grams butter
2 eggs
1/2 cups jam, flavor of your choice
200 grams icing sugar, to decorate

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C
Sift flour, salt and baking powder, set aside.
Accrete the butter with the honey and sugar to form a homogeneous mixture.
Place this preparation in the center of the flour along with the eggs.
Join these ingredients to the flour forming a tender dough, without kneading a lot, just join to form a bun
Divide the dough into two portions and form a four cm diameter cylinder with each one
Refrigerate, let it rest and the dough hardens a little minimum about 30 min.
Cut into slices one centimeter thick and arrange into clean plates.
Make a hole in the center and fill with jam.
With preheated oven bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and let cool on a rack, sprinkle with icing sugar.
