This cheese and blackberry roll recipe is very easy to prepare, as it uses few ingredients and creativity is present. Best of all, it's a fun dessert and you can enjoy it as a dessert or snack.
2 packages D'Gari® Blackberry Yogurt Gelatin, 20 g each
1 cup milk, heated, 250 ml
1 cup cream cheese, at room temperature, 200 g
1/2 cups icing sugar, 70 g
1 teaspoon D'Gari vanilla essence, 7 g
blackberries, for decoration

Mix the boiling milk and D'Gari® blackberry yogurt gelatin in a bowl until fully combined.
Pour the gelatin into a tray to form a layer of approximately ½ cm. Refrigerate for as long as necessary until it sets.
In the meantime, mix the cheese, powdered sugar, and D'Gari® vanilla essence until fully combined.
Once the gelatin has set, unmold and spread the cream cheese mixture over it. Refrigerate the cheese and blackberry roll for 10 minutes so that the cheese does not stain the gelatin.
Once the gelatin sheet with the cheese is well chilled, carefully roll it along its length.
Cut the ends of the roll and then cut the rolls to your desired size, we recommend about 12 cm.
Place the cheese and blackberry roll on a plate and decorate with blackberries.
