Cheese Jelly with Jam

  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 can table cream
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder

  • Hydrate the two packets of gelatin with 1/2 cup of water
  • Blend the cream cheese, the cream, and the sugar.
  • Then, when the gelatin is a bit firm, microwave it for 20 seconds until it becomes liquid and incorporate it into the cheese mixture.
  • Grease a gelatin mold with a little oil or butter and pour the mixture for the gelatin.
  • Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
  • Unmold and add the jam on top of the gelatin.
