1/2 cups water
1/2 cups sugar
1 stick cream cheese
1 can table cream
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder

Hydrate the two packets of gelatin with 1/2 cup of water
Blend the cream cheese, the cream, and the sugar.
Then, when the gelatin is a bit firm, microwave it for 20 seconds until it becomes liquid and incorporate it into the cheese mixture.
Grease a gelatin mold with a little oil or butter and pour the mixture for the gelatin.
Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
Unmold and add the jam on top of the gelatin.
