Chocoroles Tricolor Gelatin

Prepare this quick and amazing tricolor gelatin made with evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, and a touch of vanilla essence and cinnamon, filled with a delicious surprise of chocoroles. You will love it!

  • 4 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each), hydrated and melted
  • green food coloring
  • red food coloring
  • 3 Chocoroles

  • For the gelatin, in a small pot heat the milk with the evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar until all ingredients are combined. Add the gelatin, mix, and let cool slightly.
  • Separate the mixture into 3 parts, add red coloring to one part and green to another. Mix very well and set aside.
  • In a previously greased mold, pour in the green gelatin and refrigerate until set. Once set, place the chocoroles and cover with the white gelatin, refrigerate.
  • Once the white layer has set, fill the mold with the green gelatin and return to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Unmold and serve.
