  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • chongos zamoranos, for decoration
  • cinnamon stick, for decoration

  • Blend the chongos zamoranos with evaporated milk, regular milk, cream, and ground cinnamon until you achieve a smooth mixture, then slowly add the melted gelatin in a thin stream and blend for a few more seconds.
  • Pour your preparation into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold your gelatin and decorate with more chongos zamoranos and a cinnamon stick.
