Cross-Sectional Red Fruits Gelatin

The gelatin cups are a practical and simple dessert that you can prepare for any occasion, but if you want to give them a special twist, you need to make this cross-sectional red fruits gelatin recipe. It is a gelatin in a cup, but with a different and very eye-catching touch achieved simply by rotating the cups. The result is a fresh dessert, with layers of fruit gelatin and a very original presentation.

  • 2 cups cow's milk, (500 ml) for the strawberry milk flavor gelatin
  • 1 bag D’Gari® gelatin strawberry flavor to prepare with milk, (120 grams)
  • 2 cups cow's milk, (500 ml) for the condensed milk flavor gelatin
  • 1 bag D’Gari® condensed milk gelatin dessert, (120 grams)
  • 2 cups water, (500 ml) for the red fruits flavor gelatin
  • 1 box D´Gari® red fruits gelatin dessert, (120 grams)
  • 2 cups cow's milk, (500 ml) for the yogurt red fruits flavor gelatin
  • 2 boxes D´Gari® light jelly flavor yoghurt blackberry, (25 grams each)

  • Pour the contents of the D´Gari® strawberry milk flavor gelatin into very hot milk and stir until completely dissolved. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Pour the contents of the D´Gari® condensed milk flavor gelatin into very hot milk and stir until completely dissolved. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Pour the contents of the D´Gari® red fruits flavor gelatin into very hot water and stir until completely dissolved. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Prepare the D’Gari® light yogurt blackberry flavor gelatin following the instructions on the package, but use only 500 ml of milk in total. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Place the cups in a cupcake mold or in a smaller bowl tilted at 50°, pour the D´Gari® strawberry milk flavor gelatin and refrigerate until set.
  • Flip the cups over the mold or bowl, but tilt to the opposite side at 50°, pour the D´Gari® condensed milk flavor gelatin and refrigerate until set.
  • Flip the cups again over the mold or bowl but to the opposite side at 65°, pour the D´Gari® red fruits flavor gelatin, refrigerate until set.
  • Flip the cups once more over the mold or bowl but to the opposite side at 65°, pour the D´Gari® light yogurt blackberry gelatin, refrigerate until set.
