4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted (7g each)

Place the strawberry-flavored gelatin in a bowl and add the hot milk, then mix with the help of a spatula and set aside.
Blend the cream cheese with La Lechera® Original and gradually pour in the previous mixture. Then, reduce the blender speed and add the gelatin that was previously hydrated in a thin stream. Blend for 2 more minutes.
Grease circular molds of 7 cm and pour in the mixture, filling each space well. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Unmold the strawberry gelatin with cream, place it on a flat surface, and make a cut in the center to fill it using a small circular cutter, leaving 1 cm of width around the circumference. Set aside.
For the filling: mix the yogurt, strawberries, and La Lechera® Original in a bowl, then gradually add the previously hydrated gelatin and mix with a spatula.
Pour the filling mixture into each gelatin cylinder and refrigerate for 2 more hours or until set.
Decorate the cylindrical strawberry gelatin with cream with strawberries, mint, and serve with La Lechera® Original.
