Place the strawberry-flavored gelatin in a bowl and add the hot milk, then mix with the help of a spatula and set aside. Blend the cream cheese with La Lechera® Original and gradually pour in the previous mixture. Then, reduce the blender speed and add the gelatin that was previously hydrated in a thin stream. Blend for 2 more minutes.
