Decorated Jellies

  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 teaspoon almond essence
  • 15 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 500 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 peach, (only the pulp) mashed

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, prepare the jelly with 30 grams of gelatin, almond extract, and water until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • In round cups, add the jelly and place in the refrigerator until set.
  • Once set, use red, green, and yellow food coloring in syringes to create flowers by injecting the coloring to form the petals and the rest of the flower.
  • Prepare the milk jelly by heating evaporated milk, sugar, peach puree, and 15 grams of gelatin in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Once the gelatin is dissolved in the milk, let it cool for a few minutes and then add a little of the mixture to each cup with the flower already finished.
  • Refrigerate until set and then unmold.
