This flan has all the flavor needed to become your favorite dessert! Save it in your recipe book so you can make it for your loved ones or whenever you have important guests at home; they will be thrilled.
1 cup María cookies, ground (reserve a little for decoration)
1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon D´Gari® vanilla essence
4 cups cow's milk
1 box D´Gari® caramel vanilla flan

Heat the cream in a small pot over medium heat, gradually add the cookie while mixing thoroughly. Lower the temperature, add the sugar and vanilla, and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Set aside.
Pour the contents of the package into 1 liter of warm milk. Heat over low heat and stir until it comes to a boil, remove from heat and stir for 3 minutes.
Add a little cookie sauce to individual jars. Fill with D´Gari® Vanilla Caramel Flan and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until it slightly sets.
Remove from the refrigerator, add the cookie cream and liquid caramel. Decorate with pieces of cookie.
