Heat the cream in a small pot over medium heat, gradually add the cookie while mixing thoroughly. Lower the temperature, add the sugar and vanilla, and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Set aside. Pour the contents of the package into 1 liter of warm milk. Heat over low heat and stir until it comes to a boil, remove from heat and stir for 3 minutes.
