4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder, 1/2 cup of cold water and dissolved in a double boiler
4 tablespoons Tequila
1/2 cups whipped cream

Heat the milk with the caramel, add the previously hydrated gelatin dissolved in a double boiler, stirring constantly until integrated. Remove from heat, let cool, and add the tequila.
Pour into a jelly mold and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Decorate with cookie sticks and whipped cream.
