Crystal Gelatin with Fruits

Gelatins are a favorite for many, prepare this lovely crystal gelatin that contains fruits like strawberry, blackberry, grape, pineapple, and peach. It's ideal for the hot season and a great dessert to indulge your family.

  • 2 envelopes clear gelatin dessert, (140 g each)
  • 6 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut in half
  • 1 cup blackberries, cut in half
  • 1 cup canned peaches, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cups canned pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup canned peaches, sliced for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • For the gelatin, dissolve the crystal gelatin in hot water in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a mold, arrange the strawberries and blackberries, fill 1/4 of the mold with a little crystal gelatin and let it set in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the refrigeration mold, arrange the peach and cover with crystal gelatin again, refrigerate until set. Repeat the process with raspberries, grapes, and blueberries.
  • Unmold the gelatin and fill with canned pineapple and a little more of each fruit you used earlier, decorate with a peach flower in syrup and fresh mint, serve and enjoy.
