Delicious Mango Gelatin

4 manila mangoes, the pulp, ripe and medium
1 package cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup splenda sugar, granulated

Let the gelatin bloom in half a cup of water. Microwave for a few minutes until it dissolves.
Grease a gelatin mold and place it in the freezer.
Blend the mango pulp, cream cheese, evaporated milk, and granulated splenda sugar. Add the gelatin and blend a little to mix everything.
Remove the mold from the freezer and pour in the blended mixture. Refrigerate until it sets for a few hours.
Enjoy the delicious mango gelatin cold.
