Impress your family and friends at that party by preparing this exquisite fruit gelatin with condensed milk, with a delicious and sweet flavor thanks to La Lechera® Original.

Blend at maximum speed the milk with La Lechera® Original, evaporated milk, water, and vanilla extract. Once all the ingredients are perfectly integrated, lower the speed, gradually pour in the previously hydrated and melted gelatin, then blend for 2 more minutes.
Pour the mixture into a round gelatin mold that has been greased and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Once the gelatin has set, make 4 cuts into slices about 4 cm wide, remove the gelatin pieces to leave the spaces free for filling with fruit.
Fill each of the spaces with one type of fruit: one with strawberry, another with mango, another space with grapes, and the last one with pear.
Heat the water in a pot over medium heat, then remove from heat and add the clear gelatin along with the previously hydrated gelatin, stirring constantly for 2 minutes, let cool slightly and fill each of the spaces where you placed the fruit with this gelatin. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Unmold the fruit gelatin with condensed milk, decorate the center with strawberries, mango, and grapes, and drizzle with La Lechera® Original.
