For this summer season, nothing is better than taking care of yourself with a delicious dessert of mango gelatin paired with a creamy Greek yoghurt mousse. Because taking care of yourself has never been so delicious!
For the mango gelatin, blend the mango with the cup of water. Set aside.
Heat the remaining three cups of water in a small pot, remove from heat, and add D´Gari® Light Mango Flavored Gelatin. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved and cool slightly.
Pour the mango gelatin and place the cups tilted at a 45° angle, refrigerate until set.
For the mousse, mix the yoghurt with the sweetener.
Pour over the mango gelatin, refrigerate for 1 hour, and decorate with mango and fresh mint.
