Raspberry Gelatin

This delicious and easy raspberry gelatin version with a hint of yellow lemon will delight you thanks to Smucker’s® Raspberry Jam, which adds just the right amount of sweetness to your desserts.

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups Smucker's® Raspberry Jam
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup raspberries

  • Heat the water in a pot over medium heat, add Smucker’s® Raspberry Jam, gelatin, and lemon zest. Let it cool until the mixture is warm.
  • Pour into a silicone mold and add the raspberries. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Carefully unmold the gelatin, place it on a plate, and decorate with berries.
