4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup raspberries

Heat the water in a pot over medium heat, add Smucker’s® Raspberry Jam, gelatin, and lemon zest. Let it cool until the mixture is warm.
Pour into a silicone mold and add the raspberries. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Carefully unmold the gelatin, place it on a plate, and decorate with berries.
