Raspberry Pannacotta

Delicious raspberry pannacotta recipe, it's a quick dessert to prepare, with very few ingredients, and everyone will love it. The raspberries give a tangy touch to the pannacotta, it's so good!

  • 200 grams raspberries
  • 800 milliliters whipping cream
  • 10 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 128 grams sugar

  • Blend the raspberries and strain them through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
  • In a pudding mold, heat the sugar with the cream and raspberry puree.
  • Soak the gelatin in cold water for about 3 minutes, drain it very well and add it to the previous preparation.
  • On low heat, let it simmer for 5 minutes until it bubbles, do not let it boil, pour into their ramekins and refrigerate until set.
