Strawberry Guava Gelatin

Prepare this delicious strawberry and guava gelatin. It has a rich and intense flavor of strawberry and guava, perfect to serve after a meal.

  • 1 liter water
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin
  • 10 guavas
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • Boil the water and add the strawberry gelatin, whisk well until there are no lumps. Set aside at room temperature.
  • Cut the guavas in half and remove the seeds. Place them in a blender and blend until you have a puree. Add the condensed milk and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Add the guava mixture to the gelatin and whisk to combine everything. Grease a gelatin mold with a little vegetable oil or cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • Unmold the gelatin and decorate with some strawberries.
