White Chocolate Jelly with Red Fruits

  • 8 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, for the white chocolate jelly
  • 3 cups water, for the clear jelly
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Heat the milk over medium heat, add the white chocolate, condensed milk, and the hydrated and melted gelatin. Pour into a bundt mold and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.
  • Heat the water over medium heat, add the packet of clear gelatin and the gelatin, stir until dissolved. Let cool and set aside.
