Prepare this fun yogurt gelatin with peaches in syrup, with a crystal center of peach gelatin and whole walnuts. This delicious gelatin will surprise you when cutting and sharing it with your guests.
1/4 cups unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, for yogurt gelatin
1 envelope peach gelatin, (25 g) for crystal gelatin
1/4 cups walnuts, whole
whipped cream, for decoration
walnuts, finely chopped for decoration
canned peaches, for decoration

For the yogurt gelatin, blend the milk with the yogurt, peaches in syrup, food coloring, and the hydrated and melted gelatin. Pour a thin layer into a previously greased mold and refrigerate until set. Reserve the rest of the gelatin.
In a bowl, mix the hot water with the peach gelatin powder until the ingredients are combined. Pour half of the gelatin into a smaller mold than the one used for the yogurt gelatin, add walnuts, and refrigerate until set, repeating the same process.
Unmold the water gelatin and place it on top of the yogurt gelatin, pour the remaining yogurt gelatin and refrigerate until set.
Unmold, decorate with whipped cream, peach segments in syrup, and chopped walnuts.
