  • 1 envelope D'Gari® crystal-clear pineapple-flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 2 cups water, cold
  • 1 envelope D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, hydrated
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups raspberries, in halves
  • 1/2 cups blackberries, in halves
  • comestible flowers
  • 1 envelope D´Gari® gelatin coconut flavor
  • 2 cups milk, hot
  • 2 cups milk, cold
  • 1 envelope D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, hydrated

  • In a bowl, mix the D’Gari® Pineapple flavor Cristaline Gelatin with hot water. When it dissolves, pour in the cold water and the D’Gari® Grenetina. Set aside.
  • Add the red fruits and the flowers to a donut mold. Pour half of the D’Gari® Pineapple flavor Cristaline Gelatin only to half of the mold. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the D’Gari® Coconut flavor Gelatin with hot milk. When it dissolves, add the cold milk and the D’Gari® Grenetina.
  • Unmold the donuts and place them on a flat plate.
