Hydrate the gelatin in the water until it swells and set aside.
Add 750 ml of milk, the evaporated milk, and the cinnamon stick to a container.
Once the previous mixture is hot (before it boils), add the condensed milk and the teaspoon of vanilla essence while stirring, wait for it to boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Heat the gelatin until it becomes liquid. This can be done in a double boiler or in the microwave in 15-second intervals.
Mix the liquid gelatin with the milk. Wait until it cools enough to pour into the mold or individual molds.
