  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 envelope D'Gari® gelatin condensed milk flavor
  • 2 envelopes D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, Hydrated
  • 2 cups water, Hot
  • 2 envelopes D'Gari® Black Gelatin red fruit flavor
  • 4 cups water, Fry

  • Heat the milk until it boils. Remove from heat, add the D’Gari® condensed milk flavored gelatin packet and dissolve. Add the D’Gari® gelatin and mix until it dissolves and integrates perfectly. Transfer to a dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Use a knife to shape the ghosts and remove them, then use a spoon to make the eyes of the ghosts. This will be filled with D’Gari® black gelatin flavored with red fruits, forming the little eyes well.
  • Mix hot water with D’Gari® black gelatin flavored with red fruits and dissolve. Add cold water and mix until combined. Set aside a small portion for the eyes of the ghosts and pour the rest into a round mold. Let it set in refrigeration for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Place the ghosts around the D’Gari® black gelatin flavored with red fruits.
