1 liter FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
1 can condensed milk
1 can whipping cream
28 grams unflavored gelatin powder
2 cups water, cold
1 cup water, hot

Grease the gelatin mold with almond oil.
In a bowl, mix the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt, condensed milk, and half cream.
Dissolve the gelatin in cold water, then add hot water. Add the cold water first and then the hot to avoid lumps.
Mix the gelatin with the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixture.
Pour the mixture into the previously greased mold.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
For the Coulis: Blend the strawberries, 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of sugar.
Unmold and serve with the coulis.
