Greek Yogurt Gelatin with Strawberry Coulis

  • 1 liter FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can whipping cream
  • 28 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 cups water, cold
  • 1 cup water, hot

  • Grease the gelatin mold with almond oil.
  • In a bowl, mix the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt, condensed milk, and half cream.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in cold water, then add hot water. Add the cold water first and then the hot to avoid lumps.
  • Mix the gelatin with the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the previously greased mold.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
  • For the Coulis: Blend the strawberries, 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of sugar.
  • Unmold and serve with the coulis.
