Heart Mosaic Gelatin

This recipe for white gelatin with a red heart looks very nice to share as a dessert, either at a children's party or simply to treat the family. You'll see how easy and practical it is to prepare.

  • 4 boxes cherry gelatin, or some red gelatin
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 5 1/2 cups water, boiling
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups water, fry

  • In a bowl, add the 4 packets of red gelatin and pour in 4 cups of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Spray a baking dish with oil.
  • Pour the red gelatin into the baking dish and refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely firm. Meanwhile, in a bowl, add half a cup of cold water, add the gelatin and let it hydrate for one minute. Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and the condensed milk, mixing until everything is homogeneous and let it cool slightly.
  • Take the red gelatin out of the fridge and flip it onto a cutting surface. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter and cut as close as possible to avoid waste. Wash and re-grease the same baking dish and place the hearts in such a way that you can cut a square around them.
  • Pour the condensed milk mixture over the hearts and refrigerate for two hours or until completely firm. Cut into squares and enjoy.
