In a bowl, add the 4 packets of red gelatin and pour in 4 cups of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Spray a baking dish with oil. Pour the red gelatin into the baking dish and refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely firm. Meanwhile, in a bowl, add half a cup of cold water, add the gelatin and let it hydrate for one minute. Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and the condensed milk, mixing until everything is homogeneous and let it cool slightly. Take the red gelatin out of the fridge and flip it onto a cutting surface. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter and cut as close as possible to avoid waste. Wash and re-grease the same baking dish and place the hearts in such a way that you can cut a square around them. Pour the condensed milk mixture over the hearts and refrigerate for two hours or until completely firm. Cut into squares and enjoy.
