Heart Surprise Jelly

  • 4 cups water, hot, for the water jelly
  • 50 grams strawberry gelatin, for the water jelly
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, for the water jelly
  • 2 cups maraschino cherry, for the cherry jelly
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the cherry jelly
  • 4 cups whole milk, for the cherry jelly
  • 7 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, for the cherry jelly, (7 g each)
  • syrup, for the milk jelly
  • water, hot
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • maraschino cherries, for decoration

  • Dissolve the strawberry-flavored gelatin and the gelatin powder in hot water.
  • Pour the gelatin into a greased dish. Refrigerate until it sets.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and, with the help of a heart cutter, cut the jelly. Set aside.
  • For the milk jelly, blend the cherries with the condensed milk, whole milk, and gelatin powder.
  • In a cylindrical plastic container, add a bit of the milk jelly and refrigerate until set. Remove and arrange the hearts vertically on top of each other.
  • Fill with the milk jelly and return to refrigeration until it sets completely.
  • Soak the gelatin in hot water to unmold. Cut into slices and decorate with whipped cream and cherries in syrup.
