Dissolve the strawberry-flavored gelatin and the gelatin powder in hot water. Pour the gelatin into a greased dish. Refrigerate until it sets. Remove from the refrigerator and, with the help of a heart cutter, cut the jelly. Set aside. For the milk jelly, blend the cherries with the condensed milk, whole milk, and gelatin powder. In a cylindrical plastic container, add a bit of the milk jelly and refrigerate until set. Remove and arrange the hearts vertically on top of each other. Fill with the milk jelly and return to refrigeration until it sets completely. Soak the gelatin in hot water to unmold. Cut into slices and decorate with whipped cream and cherries in syrup.
