We all love jellies, and these will be no exception. So don’t think twice and learn to prepare them in two different ways, as it is a basic, easy, and economical dessert.
For the water jelly: Boil 2 cups of water in a pot until you get a small bubble, then pour in the water-based gelatin packet and dissolve very well until completely diluted. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl along with the rest of the cold water, as this will help it cool faster. Stir slowly with a spoon to combine and avoid bubbles.
If there are bubbles, strain your mixture before pouring it into the jelly mold. Now you can refrigerate until set. Unmold the water jelly and serve.
For the milk jelly: Melt your hydrated gelatin in the microwave for 10 seconds and set aside.
Blend the milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and mango on medium speed until well combined. Lower the speed and, without stopping the blending, pour in the melted gelatin. Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate until set.
