For the water jelly: Boil 2 cups of water in a pot until you get a small bubble, then pour in the water-based gelatin packet and dissolve very well until completely diluted. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl along with the rest of the cold water, as this will help it cool faster. Stir slowly with a spoon to combine and avoid bubbles. If there are bubbles, strain your mixture before pouring it into the jelly mold. Now you can refrigerate until set. Unmold the water jelly and serve.
