1 envelope McCormick® gelatin, mango flavor with chili
1/2 cups McCormick® jam, mango
1 cup chamoy, for the tamarind gelatin
2 cups tamarind candies, for the tamarind gelatin
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, rehydrated for the tamarind gelatin
4 cups water, for the watermelon gelatin
1 envelope McCormick® gelatin, watermelon flavor with chili
watermelon, cut into cubes, for decoration
mango, cut into cubes, for decoration

For the mango gelatin, heat the water, pour in McCormick® mango gelatin with chili, and stir until dissolved, then add the mango jam. Pour 1/3 cup into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
For the tamarind gelatin, blend the chamoy with the tamarinds and pour the gelatin in a thin stream. Pour approximately 1 cup over the already set mango gelatin and refrigerate again until set.
For the watermelon gelatin, heat the water, pour in McCormick® watermelon gelatin with chili, and stir until dissolved, let cool, and set aside.
With the help of your hands, gently detach the gelatin from the mold and then carefully pour the watermelon gelatin until the mold is completely filled. Refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with watermelon and mango.
