Marshmallow Flotatina

Treat the little ones at home with this incredible marshmallow flotatina, with a creamy consistency given by Santa Clara cream and a strawberry-flavored interior, filled with colorful marshmallows and covered with a crystal-clear layer of blueberry, you'll love it.

  • 3/4 cups condensed milk, for the marshmallow gelatin
  • 1 can evaporated milk, (360 ml) for the marshmallow gelatin
  • 1 cup strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup Santa Clara® sour cream, for the marshmallow gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the marshmallow gelatin
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7 g each, hydrated for the marshmallow gelatin
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows, for the marshmallow gelatin
  • 3 cups water, hot
  • 1 envelope gelatin, blueberry (140 g)

  • Blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, strawberries, cream, vanilla essence, and hydrated gelatin.
  • Pour half of the gelatin into a lightly greased 20 cm diameter bundt mold, refrigerate until set. Remove from refrigeration, arrange the marshmallows, and pour the rest of the gelatin until filling halfway, refrigerate for 2 hours or until well set.
  • Hydrate the blueberry gelatin in hot water, let it cool.
  • With the help of a spatula, carefully separate the marshmallow gelatin from the mold.
  • Pour the blueberry gelatin into the spaces of the marshmallow gelatin, ensuring that it encapsulates perfectly on the sides and top. Refrigerate for 2 more hours or until completely set.
  • Unmold and decorate with whipped cream and colorful marshmallows.
