Dissolve the gelatin powder in the juice until it thickens like gelatin.
Mix the clavel milk, half cream, and sweetened condensed milk in a pot over heat, along with the Jumex juice. Let it cool before adding it to the gelatins.
Once the gelatins have set, cut them into small cubes and place them in a container, then add the juice mixture.
