  • 1 tablespoon green food coloring, for the gelatin
  • 1/2 cups unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, for the gelatin

  • Blend the cream cheese with the lemon juice, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and gelatin in a thin stream until smooth.
  • In a mold lined with cling film, arrange a layer of Maria cookies and cover with a bit of the mixture you blended. Repeat until you have several layers and fill the mold. Refrigerate until set, unmold, and cut into medium cubes.
  • Meanwhile, blend the evaporated milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, condensed milk, gelatin in a thin stream, and food coloring.
  • In a previously greased gelatin mold, pour the lemon charlotte cubes and fill with the creamy gelatin. Refrigerate until completely set and unmold.
  • Decorate the gelatin with whipped cream, lemon slices, and Maria cookies. Serve.
