Invert Mosaic Gelatin

What better dessert than a colorful gelatin like this Mosaic Gelatin that you can make with cubes of creamy yogurt gelatin and an extra layer of clear green tea gelatin.   • 1 cup yogurt, strawberry
  • 1 cup yogurt, mango
  • 1 cup yogurt, apple
  • 1 cup yogurt, blueberry
  • 1 cup yogurt, blackberry
  • 1 cup yogurt, peach
  • 4 cups lemon tea, cold
  • 12 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted (divided)
  • 1/4 cups sugar, for gelatin

  • Place the flavored yogurts in different bowls and mix each one with 2 tablespoons of hydrated and melted gelatin. Pour each flavor into containers and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold the colored gelatins and cut them into cubes. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the lemon tea with the 10 packets of gelatin and the sugar until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • In a gelatin mold, place the colored cubes and fill with the lemon tea gelatin. Refrigerate the preparation until fully set, unmold, and enjoy.
