  • For the mandarin gelatin, heat the mandarin juice with water, add the sugar and dissolve, add the zest and heat for 5 minutes; finally, add the gelatin and set aside.
  • Pour a little of the mixture into the mold and refrigerate until set. Once set, place the mandarin segments and cover with the rest of the mandarin gelatin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  • For the orange gelatin, blend the cream cheese, milk, orange juice, sweetened condensed milk, orange zest, and add the gelatin in a thin stream.
  • In the same mold, pour the orange gelatin and refrigerate for 1 hour, until set. Decorate with mandarin segments.
