1 liter yogurt, prune
1 kilo sour cream
200 grams sugar
100 grams unflavored gelatin
15 prunes
1 cup water

In a mold, mix the sugar, yogurt, and cream and set aside.
Hydrate the gelatin with the cup of water and put it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes to melt it.
Chop 10 prunes and add them to the mold with the cream and yogurt.
Add the gelatin and gently stir all the ingredients, then pour it into a baking dish.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until it sets.
Unmold and decorate with the remaining prunes and some mint or spearmint leaves and serve.
