Prune Gelatin

  • 1 liter yogurt, prune
  • 1 kilo sour cream
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams unflavored gelatin
  • 15 prunes
  • 1 cup water

  • In a mold, mix the sugar, yogurt, and cream and set aside.
  • Hydrate the gelatin with the cup of water and put it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes to melt it.
  • Chop 10 prunes and add them to the mold with the cream and yogurt.
  • Add the gelatin and gently stir all the ingredients, then pour it into a baking dish.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until it sets.
  • Unmold and decorate with the remaining prunes and some mint or spearmint leaves and serve.
