Transversal Mango and Lemon Gelatin

A delicious gelatin with layers of fruits that also has a very original presentation is possible with this mango and lemon gelatin recipe. To make these gelatin cups look amazing, it is necessary to tilt them when pouring the layers. You can use a cupcake mold to help you, and as a tip, we recommend cooking the kiwi with sugar to reduce the acidity level and allow the gelatin to set.
