For the kiwi and lemon gelatin: heat the water over medium heat, add the sugar, and cook the kiwi for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Pour the contents of D´Gari® lemon flavor gelatin into boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Let cool and set aside.
