Tricolor Mosaic Gelatin

This milk gelatin with lemon and strawberry mosaics is perfect for preparing during September or Christmas parties; it is incredibly creamy and smooth, the combination of flavors is delicious, and the shape of the gelatin is spectacular. You will love it!

  • 2 liters cow's milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, 7g each
  • 3 liters water, Hot (divided)
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin, (25 gr)
  • 1 envelope lime gelatin, (25 gr)

  • For the milk gelatin, blend the warm milk with the sugar, cream cheese, vanilla flavoring, and the hydrated gelatin. Blend for 3 minutes. Pour a thin layer into a previously greased mold and refrigerate until set. Set the rest aside.
  • For the water gelatin, divide the hot water into two bowls, add strawberry gelatin powder to one and lemon gelatin powder to the other, and mix until completely dissolved. Refrigerate the gelatins in the same containers until set. Cut into cubes of different sizes and set aside.
  • Remove the mold with the set gelatin from the refrigerator and place the irregular gelatin cubes, pour the remaining milk gelatin until covered, and refrigerate again until set.
  • Unmold, cut, serve, and enjoy.
